Floreana is also the name of one of the Galapagos Islands in Ecuador - our founder is from Ecuador and while the name Floreana hints at Florida, it also carries cues about our founder's Latin American roots.
We are one big extended family and cannot wait to welcome everyone at Floreana - our space was designed with domesticity in mind, we want you to relax and feel at home.

What makes South Florida unique? The Beatles said it was the sun and we agree! Sunshine is great, but we also ought to protect from it and screens allow us to do that without blocking the view. Screens became a symbol of Fort Lauderdale architecture
