COVID-19 precautions

all employees and clients will be required to wear masks.

we will maintain a distance of at least 6 ft. between all clients.

we have a guard shield partition for each manicure station and maintain a safe distance between clients in the pedicure area, to prevent any close contact.

sanitizers are stationed in all of our manicure and pedicure stations and guests are required to sanitize their hands upon arrival. 

If there is a specific polish you need, please call or email the salon before your appointment.

ultra-hygienic protocols

all of our nail tools are sterilized by our hospital-grade autoclave. this means that all bacteria, viruses, fungi, and spores are inactivated using steam to sterilize our nail tools. we provide each client with single use kits that include files, buffers, foot pads and cuticle sticks.  our eco-friendly (BPA and toxin-free), portable pedicure bowls are sanitized between each use. F L O R E A N A is equipped with an independent exhaust system that will keep the indoor air cleaner and our staff and customers healthier.

only a set number of clients would be allowed into the salon at a time. there will be no crowding in the drying or front desk area. 

all stations will be cleaned and sanitized after each client service.

cancellations

we understand that life gets busy and last-minute changes can happen. if you need to change or cancel your appointment, please give us a call.

time is important to everyone and we take your appointment seriously. With that said, cancellations made less than 24 hours in advance will be charged in full. same-day cancellations, no-shows and groups will be charged the full-service fee of your originally scheduled appointment.

please understand that when you forget or cancel your appointment without giving enough notice, we miss the opportunity to fill that appointment time and our guests miss the opportunity to receive services they need.

late arrivals

in the event you are late please give us a call. if you are more than ten (10) minutes late, we cannot guarantee that your service(s) will be performed in full due to potential time restraints, but we will do our best to accommodate you with an abbreviated service. if we perform an abbreviated service due to your late arrival, you will be charged for your originally scheduled service.

arrival

in order to have the best experience, we invite guests to arrive ten (10) minutes early to ensure there is plenty of time to check in, use the bathroom and choose your choice of color.

booking

at the time of your booking please make sure your service is selected correctly, including add-ons such as nail art, french, removals, etc. if you have any questions, please call us or email us so that we can help you book your appointment as time is important to everyone and we take your appointment serious. incorrect bookings will still be charged for the booked service.

large parties (special events)

for large parties (bridal showers, birthdays, etc.)  we require bookings to be made at minimum ten (10) days prior to appointment. groups of four (3) or more require a 50% deposit at the time of booking plus an additional 20% gratuity added to the service total.

if your party cancels without three (3) days’ notice, the deposit will not be refunded. if a service does need to be canceled and is within the three (3) day window, the service will be charged in full. Services cannot be modified upon arrival.

you are more than welcome to set up a sweets table with small decors and light bites. or leave it up to us and we would be more than happy to help you set up through our sister company Chocolati Bar at an additional cost.

to reserve our space entirely, we require eight (8) guests and both mani and pedi services must be performed. the length of the service is the duration of the event. set-up will be allowed twenty (20) minutes prior to starting your services. walk-ins will still be allowed to book appointments.

booking multiple services

in the event that one or more of your guests must cancel within 24 hours of the appointment for any reason other than an illness, the card on file will be charged. the person booking the appointment will be responsible for any guest that cancels without twenty-four (24) hours’ notice.

longevity of any service

everyone’s lifestyle is different this is why we recommend being very careful with your nails for the first twenty-four (24) hours of your nail service and we recommend using gloves for any cleaning, dishes, or gardening. if the service was the fault of the technician, you have 2 days to come into the salon to try to resolve the issue. for the longevity and appearance of your manicure, we recommend daily cuticle oil.

refusal of service

we have the right to refuse service to anyone at any time. this includes safety concerns, medical concerns or any behavior that we feel is inappropriate. it is very important that a safe environment is maintained for our staff and our guests.

allergies and medical conditions

when making any appointments or before your service, please let us know if you are pregnant, have any health conditions, ingrown toenails, special needs (e.g. allergies or injuries). this will help customize your service to ensure the highest satisfaction and benefits.

cash gratuity

service prices do not include gratuity. our licensed nail technicians prefer cash or venmo-zelle gratuity. we appreciate your cooperation and generosity.

refunds

no refunds.

credit card policy

we require a credit card to secure all appointments over the phone and through our online booking system. all cards and personal information are stored securely.
